AdScale started inside other people's ad accounts. Most of the early work was cleaning up campaigns for trades and clinics that had been sold "more traffic": broad match keywords nobody checked, calls that were never tracked, and monthly reports full of clicks that never turned into jobs. The fixes were rarely complicated. Tighter keywords, a landing page per service and city, call tracking on every number, and someone actually reading the search terms each week. Owners didn't need more data. They needed to know which campaigns put work on the calendar. That became the whole business: paid media for service businesses in the US and UK, measured in qualified leads and booked jobs rather than impressions.
Since then we've managed more than $2.5M in ad spend across Google, Local Services Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok and Snapchat. The lesson has stayed the same: the account that wins is the one that measures the right thing.
The person on your calls is the person in your account. No hand-offs to a junior after the contract is signed.
Your accounts, your data, your dashboard. You see the same numbers we do, including the ones that aren't flattering.
Nothing launches until calls, forms and bookings are tracked. If we can't measure it, we don't scale it.
