1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies, such as browser local storage, do the same job. This policy covers both, and explains exactly what this site stores today.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
This site stores three things in your browser, all needed for features you use: your cookie banner choice (so we don't ask again), your US or UK choice from the header (so the site stays in your currency), and, for the rest of your visit only, the date of a call you just booked (so the confirmation page can show it). None of these identify you or are shared with anyone. Because they are strictly necessary, they do not require consent. Your cookie choice is stored as as-cookie and your region as adscale:region.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may also set a strictly necessary security cookie (such as __cf_bm or cf_clearance) to tell people from automated bots and protect the site and its forms from attacks. It does not track you across other sites.
3. Analytics cookies
We do not currently use analytics cookies. If we add them to understand how the site is used, they will only run after you accept them in the cookie banner, and we will list each one here.
4. Advertising cookies
If you click "Accept all", we remember in your browser which ad or link first brought you to the site: the campaign tags in that link (such as utm_source and utm_campaign), any ad click ID (such as gclid from Google or fbclid from Meta), the referring website, the page you landed on and the date. This is stored locally under the name adscale:source. It is not shared with anyone and is only sent to us if you submit one of our forms, so we can see which campaigns produce enquiries. If you click "Reject all", nothing is remembered and anything already stored is deleted.
We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If we add them, they will only run after you accept them, and we will list each one here.
5. Managing your preferences
You can make or change your choice in the cookie banner, and you can clear or block cookies and site data at any time in your browser settings. Clearing site data resets your cookie and region choices.
6. Changes to this policy
We will update this page, and the "Last updated" date above, whenever we change what the site stores.
