Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 October 2026Applies to all visitors and clients

1. Acceptance of terms

These terms apply to your use of adscalehq.com and, unless a signed agreement says otherwise, to the services AdScale ("we", "us") provides. By using the site or engaging us, you agree to them.

2. Services

We plan, build and manage paid advertising campaigns, including Google Search, Local Services Ads, Performance Max, Meta, YouTube, TikTok and Snapchat, together with conversion and call tracking, reporting, ad copy, and UGC scripts and briefs. The platforms, locations and deliverables for your account are set out in your proposal.

Advertising results depend on many things outside our control, including the platforms, your market, competition, your offer and how leads are followed up. We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, bookings, revenue or return on ad spend. Figures shown on this site as illustrative are examples, not promises.

3. Engagement term and minimum period

Engagements have a minimum term of 90 days from the start date in your proposal, to allow for setup, launch and optimization. After that they continue month to month until either of us ends them.

4. Fees and payment

Our management fee is set out in your proposal. Plans start from the prices shown on our website. Fees are invoiced monthly in advance and are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless your proposal says otherwise. We may pause work on accounts with overdue invoices.

5. Ad spend and third-party costs

Ad spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platforms, from accounts you own, and is not included in our fee. Third-party costs such as UGC creator fees, call tracking subscriptions or software you choose to use are billed separately or paid by you directly.

6. Client responsibilities

You agree to give us the access, information and approvals we need on time; to make sure your business, offers, licences and landing pages comply with the law and with each platform's advertising policies; and to tell us promptly about anything that affects your campaigns. You remain responsible for your accounts and for following up the leads they produce.

7. Intellectual property

You own your ad accounts, data, and the ad copy and creative we produce for you once our fees for it are paid. We keep ownership of our own methods, templates, tools and know-how, and you grant us permission to use your name and logo, and anonymized results, as examples of our work unless you ask us not to.

The content of this website belongs to AdScale. You may not copy it for commercial use without our permission.

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or revenue, or for decisions made by advertising platforms, including ad disapprovals and account suspensions. Our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

After the minimum term, either of us can end the engagement with 30 days' written notice. Either of us can end it immediately if the other materially breaches these terms and does not fix the breach within 14 days of being asked to. Fees for work done up to the end date remain payable, and we will hand over everything that belongs to you.

10. Governing law

If you are based in the United Kingdom, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are based in the United States, they are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the state and federal courts in Texas have jurisdiction. A signed agreement between us may set different terms.
